Q: What file formats do we accept for Artwork?

A. Our rubber Stamp process requires good quality black and white images for optimum results. Although we use bitmaps, vector art will result in crisper printing. We use CorelDraw for typesetting our stamps; however we also accept PDF, AI, EPS or Black and White Jpeg and Tiff images.

Q: What file formats are accepted for Graphics when Ordering Online?

A. Online Ordering: graphic Upload – Recommendations – File format: Bitmap (BMP); Resolution:300-600 dpi; COLORS: 2 COLORS (BLACK/WHITE) – 1 – Bit color depth; make sure that the file size is smaller than 8 MB!

Q: Do we deliver?

A. Yes, we deliver free of charge in Lloydminster and can also send your order out by mail or by courier, prepaid and charged to your invoice.

Q: Online Ordering: How long does it take to manufacture Stamps, Embossing Seals, and Pre-Inked Stamps?

A: Once received online, a final proof is done up and emailed to you for approval. Once approved turn around time is 2 to 3 business days.

Q: What types of payment do we accept?

A. Online orders - Master Card, Visa and Paypal. In store - Mastercard, Visa, Debit, & Cash.

Q: How many impressions are our pre-inked stamps good for?

A. Several thousand.

Q: Is it possible to see a layout of a stamp before it is made? Do we do proofs?

A. During the Online Ordering process you will be able to preview your stamp as you typeset it. There is also an option to download your layout as a PDF which may be printed if so required.

Q: Do we offer RUSH SERVICE, and do we charge for it?

A: Yes, we make every attempt and effort to ensure that we accommodate each and every customer and meet your RUSH deadlines. Our standard RUSH charge is $20.00

Q: When will I receive my stamps?

A: Our production days are Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Ie. Stamps that are approved by Monday night will be made the next day.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We use only the best products in our manufacturing. Trodat, Ideal, Maxlight, etc. and we make them in house

Q: Is there a warranty on your products?

A: All stamps come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product we deem faulty, again based on materials and workmanship.
